On July 8, Hu Qisheng, Vice Governor of Hebei Province, conducted a field inspection in Cangzhou to promote the high-quality development of the coastal economic belt. He visited several enterprises, including Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group’s Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in the Bohai New Area, to gain an in-depth understanding of their business operations and project construction, and to listen to their suggestions for further development.
On July 8, Hu Qisheng, Vice Governor of Hebei Province, conducted a field inspection in Cangzhou on the high-quality development of the coastal economic belt. He visited enterprises such as Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group’s Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in the Bohai New Area, gaining first-hand insights into their business operations and project construction, and listened to their suggestions for further development. He emphasized the need to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on the development of the marine economy, earnestly carry out the decisions and arrangements of the provincial Party Committee and the provincial government, comprehensively enhance capabilities for developing toward the sea, promote innovative, green, and high-quality development, and build the coastal economic belt into a growth pole.
Cui Yongbin, Chairman of Guangxiang Pharmaceutical under Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group, briefed Hu Qisheng and his delegation on the company’s production and operations, R&D innovation, and project development. Hu Qisheng commended Guangxiang Pharmaceutical’s progress and urged the company to sustain its strong growth momentum, seize opportunities, tap its full potential, strengthen its innovation capacity, and accelerate the industrialization of its distinctive new products. He emphasized the need for the company to adopt a higher strategic vision, exert greater efforts, and implement more concrete measures to grow bigger, stronger, and better, thereby injecting even greater impetus into the province’s high-quality development.
During his field inspection, Hu Qisheng pointed out that the coastal economic belt is a vital engine for our province’s economic development and occupies a unique strategic position in the overall provincial development landscape. It is imperative to strengthen coastal-oriented thinking, embrace innovative concepts and an open mindset, and forge a new development paradigm characterized by integrated land–sea planning, coordinated port–industry linkages, and seamless integration among ports, industries, and cities. To advance port–industry synergy, we must accelerate the consolidation and optimization of port resources, scale up and strengthen port-adjacent industries and marine-specific industries, and build modern port-based industrial hubs. We should deepen the implementation of the “Four Batches” initiative, expedite the intensive and clustered development of industries, elevate the development level of industrial parks, and speed up the organic integration of ports, industries, and urban areas. Furthermore, we need to enhance openness and cooperation, make effective use of capital markets, and accelerate the alignment of innovation chains with industrial chains, thereby endowing the coastal economy’s takeoff with the “wings” of technology and finance. Finally, we must uphold the philosophy that “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,” proactively lay the groundwork, fight proactive battles, hasten the green transformation of production and lifestyle patterns, and establish a low-carbon, circular industrial system.
