On March 3, Xu Yanzeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Hebei Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, as well as Party Secretary and Director of the Hebei Provincial Drug Administration, conducted on-site inspections and provided guidance at enterprises including Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group in Cangzhou, focusing on the development of the pharmaceutical industry and drug safety regulatory work.
On March 3, Xu Yanzeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Hebei Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, as well as Party Secretary and Director of the Hebei Provincial Drug Administration, conducted on-site inspections and provided guidance at enterprises including Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group in Cangzhou, focusing on the development of the pharmaceutical industry and drug safety supervision.
At the Biopharmaceutical Industrial Park in the Bohai New Area, Xu Yanzeng and his delegation visited Guangxiang Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group. They listened carefully to a briefing by Su Xuejun, Chairman of the Group, on the company’s drug R&D, project development, and production and operations, and gained a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and needs faced by enterprises located in the park. Xu Yanzeng commended Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group’s Guangxiang Pharmaceutical for seizing the opportunities presented by the coordinated development of the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region, accelerating the development of a specialized API industrial chain, and successfully penetrating high-end international markets through strengthened quality management, thereby achieving remarkable results.
Xu Yanzeng emphasized the need to fully implement the “one park, one dedicated task force” pairing-and-support mechanism, optimize the layout of the park-level platform for collaborative technological innovation in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, and deepen assistance and guidance by strengthening review and approval services, job-specific skills training, and laboratory testing capacity building, so as to help enterprises accelerate the R&D and industrialization of high-end active pharmaceutical ingredients, advanced dosage forms, and modern traditional Chinese medicines.
Accompanying the delegation on the inspection were Wang Fengshan, Deputy Director of the Provincial Drug Administration; Li Huafeng, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Cangzhou Municipal Committee, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Bohai New Area, and Secretary of the CPC Huanghua Municipal Committee; and Feng Yanbin, Director of the Cangzhou Municipal Bureau.
