The recently concluded 12th Plenary Session of the 10th Municipal Party Committee has outlined a blueprint for Cangzhou’s development over the next five years. In recent days, from cities to villages, from government organs to grassroots communities, and from enterprises to campuses, the spirit of the session has spread like a rallying drum, swiftly permeating the entire Lion City and striking a powerful chord among cadres and the general public, rallying their collective drive and momentum. All agree that they must align their thinking and actions with the municipal party committee’s plans and requirements, unite in purpose and pool their efforts, and, with the tenacity to “deliver concrete results,” advance the goal of “taking the lead,” thereby making an even greater contribution to building Cangzhou into a modern, economically strong coastal city. 
With a blueprint in place, industry serves as the foundation; as we embark on a new chapter of development, innovation is paramount. The plenary session outlined the key tasks for Cangzhou’s economic and social development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, emphasizing the need to accelerate the building of an innovation system and to use scientific and technological innovation to drive the development of new-quality productive forces. “As a company deeply rooted in the API sector, we are acutely aware of our heavy responsibility and the mission that lies squarely on our shoulders,” said Zhu Shujie, Chairman of Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., part of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group. Moving forward, Guangxiang Pharmaceutical will take the spirit of the 12th Plenary Session of the 10th Municipal Party Committee as its guiding principle, fully leverage the core technological advantages of its national-level enterprise technology center (sub-center), and further deepen the establishment of industry–university–research–application innovation consortia. The company will continue to increase investment in new-product development and technological innovation, extend the innovation chain toward the mid- to high-end segments, and, through superior products, stronger technologies, and greater efficiency, contribute Guangxiang’s strength to achieving self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology and to promoting the high-quality development of the pharmaceutical industry.
