In accordance with the Requirements for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, promulgated by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment on April 16, 2018, and in order to promote and standardize public participation in emergency response plans and ensure that nearby residents and organizations have access to information on such plans, the relevant contents and outcomes of the Comprehensive Emergency Response Plan for Sudden Environmental Incidents for Phase I of Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. are hereby made public as follows.

I. Overview of the Emergency Plan
Plan Name: Comprehensive Emergency Response Plan for Sudden Environmental Incidents—Phase I Project of Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Prepared by: Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Plan contents: include the explanatory notes for the preparation of the environmental emergency plan, the text of the environmental emergency plan, the environmental risk assessment report, and the environmental emergency resource survey report.
