Recently, Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., subsidiaries of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group, were both included in the sixth batch of the provincial list of “specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative” small and medium-sized enterprises.
Recently, Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., subsidiaries of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group, were both included in the sixth batch of the provincial list of “specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative” small and medium-sized enterprises.
It is understood that “specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative” small and medium-sized enterprises are those that possess four key strengths—professionalization, refinement, distinctiveness, and innovation—and serve as a vital driving force for economic and social development. Since 2016, Hebei Province has launched initiatives to cultivate and certify such SMEs; in 2018, it established a database for nurturing these enterprises; and in 2019, it initiated the selection of demonstration enterprises, thereby establishing a tiered cultivation system that encompasses database entry and ongoing support, selective certification, demonstration enterprise selection, and the development of “little giant” firms.
Guangxiang Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of Shisiyao Group, is a large-scale domestic API industrialization base that leverages bulk APIs such as caffeine, metronidazole, theophylline, aminophylline, and nifedipine while also engaging in the production, R&D, and export of dozens of high-value-added specialty APIs, including arbidol, pentoxifylline, rosuvastatin calcium, and pitavastatin calcium.
