Guangxiang Pharmaceutical of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group Passes the Acceptance Inspection for “Level-2 Standardized Enterprise for Work Safety”

Recently, Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group passed the provincial Level-2 standardization assessment for work safety, marking a new milestone in the company’s efforts to standardize work safety practices.
As a key production, R&D, and export hub for the Group’s drive toward integrated API–formulation development, Guangxiang Pharmaceutical has, since commencing operations, consistently prioritized workplace safety as the top priority in its business management. While increasing investment in safety-related initiatives, the company has continuously strengthened its foundational safety management systems.
Over the past year and more since the launch of the initiative to establish standardized work safety practices, the leadership team at Guangxiang Pharmaceutical has attached great importance to this effort and implemented robust, concrete measures to ensure the effective implementation and tangible results of the standardization program. The company has adopted a corporate safety management policy of “safety first, prevention-oriented, and comprehensive governance,” clearly defined its work-safety management objectives, and adhered to the principles of “breaking down the whole into smaller parts, implementing in stages, advancing incrementally, and achieving overall improvement.” In doing so, it has addressed weaknesses, strengthened areas of deficiency, consolidated its strengths, intensified safety education and training for all employees, refined safety-management procedures, standardized job responsibilities and on-site management, and motivated full employee participation. At the same time, it has made full use of digital and information technologies to enhance hazard inspection and rectification oversight, resulting in rapid progress in the level of work-safety standardization.
“Passing the provincial Level-2 standardization assessment for work safety this time provides a strong guarantee for solidifying the foundation of work safety,” said the head of Guangxiang Pharmaceutical. “Going forward, we will continuously elevate our safety standards, further refine our long-term mechanism for work safety, and strengthen the underlying infrastructure for safe production, thereby providing robust safety assurance for the company’s high-quality development.”
To date, two of the Group’s subsidiaries—Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical and Bosheng Medical Devices—have passed the Level-3 review and acceptance, while Guangxiang Pharmaceutical has passed the Level-2 review and acceptance. In addition, Guangxiang Pharmaceutical has also been rated as a Class B enterprise under the provincial enterprise work-safety integrity system.
