Recently, Guangxiang Pharmaceutical of the Group visited the campus of Cangzhou Vocational College of Transportation to deliver a corporate recruitment presentation to students from the School of Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Engineering.
A representative from Guangxiang Pharmaceutical’s Human Resources Department systematically introduced the company’s corporate culture, core values, job requirements, hiring criteria, and compensation and benefits through the distribution of promotional materials and the presentation of videos, images, and PPTs, thereby providing students with a preliminary understanding of the Group’s and Guangxiang Pharmaceutical’s development.
During the Q&A session, a representative from Guangxiang Pharmaceutical’s Human Resources department engaged in interactive discussions with the students, patiently addressing their concerns about job-specific qualifications, career development and planning, and the alignment of their majors with available positions. The representative encouraged the students to broaden their employment horizons, identify their ideal career paths, take proactive steps in seeking employment, and make a solid first transition from campus to the workforce, thereby providing substantial benefits to all attendees.
“To enable graduates to gain first-hand insights into industry development trends, career prospects, and talent needs, and to establish a platform for exchange between employers and graduates, our college has recently invited well-known enterprises such as Guangxiang Pharmaceutical to visit campus,” said a responsible official from the School of Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Engineering at Cangzhou Vocational College of Transportation. The college places great emphasis on graduate employment; by inviting companies to conduct on-campus recruitment presentations, it has broadened students’ career-development pathways, strengthened their employment awareness, and boosted their motivation to seek employment.
