To thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, strengthen the leading role of Party building, deepen the integrated innovation of industry–university–research–application collaboration, better serve Hebei’s economic development and social progress, and steadily advance the “Strong Country Initiative” special campaign for “dual-leader” Party branch secretaries in teaching units, on December 23, Professor Jiang Yanjun, Director of the National-Local Joint Engineering Laboratory for Integrated Chemical Energy-Saving Processes and Resource Utilization at the School of Chemical Engineering of Hebei University of Technology and Vice Dean of the school, led a delegation in conducting a joint Party-building activity with Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group. The two parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement and will work together to establish a collaborative innovation model that integrates Party building, scientific research, industry, and talent cultivation.

To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, leverage Party building as a “red engine” to strengthen leadership and empowerment, precisely align with the needs of industrial development, and promote win-win outcomes in university–enterprise cooperation, on the eve of the New Year, Zheng Huijie, Dean of the School of Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Engineering at Cangzhou Vocational College of Transportation, together with Vice Dean Zhang Han, led a delegation that included Zhou Deying, head of the Pharmaceutical major, and Liu Yurui, counselor for the Class of 2022, on a visit to Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group to carry out joint Party-building activities. Zhu Shujie, Chairman of Guangxiang Pharmaceutical; Liu Yanjie, Director of the Research Institute; and Yang Huiling, Secretary of the Party Branch and Deputy General Manager, extended a warm welcome to Dean Zheng Huijie and his delegation.
