To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, leverage Party building as a “red engine” to strengthen leadership and empowerment, precisely align with the needs of industrial development, and promote win-win outcomes in university–enterprise cooperation, on the eve of the New Year, Zheng Huijie, Dean of the School of Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Engineering at Cangzhou Vocational College of Transportation, together with Vice Dean Zhang Han, led a delegation that included Zhou Deying, head of the Pharmaceutical major, and Liu Yurui, counselor for the Class of 2022, on a visit to Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group to carry out joint Party-building activities. Zhu Shujie, Chairman of Guangxiang Pharmaceutical; Liu Yanjie, Director of the Research Institute; and Yang Huiling, Secretary of the Party branch and Deputy General Manager, extended a warm welcome to Dean Zheng Huijie and his delegation.
At Guangxiang Pharmaceutical, Zheng Huijie and his delegation toured the company’s corporate image exhibition hall, gaining an in-depth understanding of its achievements in R&D innovation, industrial deployment, digital transformation, international operations, and future development. They also commended Guangxiang Pharmaceutical highly for the progress it has made in pursuing high-quality development and undergoing transformation and upgrading.
During the symposium, representatives from the university and the enterprise engaged in pragmatic exchanges on such topics as joint Party-building initiatives, collaborative talent development, and the co-establishment and sharing of platforms, reaching numerous points of consensus. Zheng Huijie outlined the disciplinary strengths and distinctive features of Party building at the School of Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Engineering of Cangzhou Vocational College of Transportation, emphasizing that, by leveraging joint Party-building efforts as a connecting link, they will continue to facilitate the commercialization of research outcomes and enhance students’ internship and practical skills, thereby fostering mutually beneficial cooperation between the institution and the enterprise.
Zhu Shujie extended a warm welcome to Dean Zheng Huijie and his delegation, and fully commended the talent pool and resource advantages of the School of Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Engineering at Cangzhou Vocational College of Transportation. He pointed out that the school enjoys distinct local advantages, with its disciplinary and program offerings and talent-development priorities closely aligned with Guangxiang Pharmaceutical’s industrial structure, thereby laying a solid foundation for deepening cooperation between the two parties in areas such as talent recruitment, training, retention, and utilization; research collaboration; and the commercialization of research outcomes. He expressed the hope that, using joint Party-building initiatives as a connecting link, the university and the enterprise will further explore diversified avenues of cooperation, work together to achieve synergistic development, better support student employment, and promote the mutual advancement of the institution and the company.
The head of Guangxiang Pharmaceutical stated, “The launch of this joint Party-building initiative between the university and the enterprise marks the entry of our cooperation into a new phase of strategic synergy. Moving forward, both parties will accelerate the formulation and implementation of concrete action plans to deepen and expand our collaboration, continuously injecting fresh momentum into the enterprise’s high-quality development.”
