On the afternoon of June 10, 2025, the trade union of Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. solemnly hosted the “Youth at Guangxiang: Voices Carrying the Years” Employee Talent Competition in the Grand Conference Room on the third floor of the Comprehensive Building. Through a vibrant array of cultural and artistic performances, the event vividly showcased the eight-year journey of hard work and the spirited, upward-looking ethos of the Guangxiang team.
The competition kicked off with a compelling opening video that looked back at the company’s history since Since its establishment in 2017, the company has steadily evolved from a barren wasteland into a state-of-the-art API manufacturing base. The inspiring scenes of relentless hard work and the remarkable achievements along the way have filled all employees present with profound pride.
In his address, Zhang Zanyuan, the company’s general manager, stated: “Youth is not defined by age; it is defined by the relentless spirit of striving that we uphold at all times.” Over the past eight years, the employees of Guangxiang have written a magnificent chapter in the company’s development through their wisdom and hard work. Moving forward, we will continue to harness the energy of youth to create a vibrant future. This competition has received an enthusiastic response from staff across all departments, with a total of 16 contestants taking the stage to showcase their talents through recitation, speeches, and other forms of performance. The atmosphere at the venue was lively, punctuated by continuous applause. After fierce competition, several awards were ultimately presented:
First Prize: Zhao Wenmiao, Quality Assurance Department
Second Prize: Zhao Chang from the Power Workshop
Third Prize: Wu Zhongliang from the Security Department and Liu Xingling from the Human Resources Department
Best Creative Award: Wu Zhongliang and Liu Xingling
This talent competition not only provided employees with a platform to showcase their talents but also strengthened team cohesion and fostered a greater sense of corporate identity. Both contestants and spectators expressed their commitment to approaching their work with renewed enthusiasm and contributing to the company’s high-quality development.
